Team Application - Drew Christensen
-Your Name and age
My name is Drew Christensen, and I’m 18
-How you found out about Team Unknown Stars
Links on mtgsal and the team shirts at GP LA
-Your Magic accomplishments
Winning BC Provincial Champs in 2008, and finishing 21st at GP Los Angelas, losing the last round to miss top 18
-The last three major tournaments you attended and your record at each of them (Major tournaments are considered to be large events such as PTQ's, Regionals, Champs, Nationals, the Pro Tour, and other events on those levels or higher.)
I haven’t played in many events since the GP, 2-4 at a seattle ptq for Honolulu(forgot to drop after receiving my 3rd loss) 21st at gp LA 11-3-1(with 3 byes) and 1-2 drop at a PTQ for Honolulu in Vancouver

-Why you play competitive Magic
Ever since I started playing magic, I have always wanted to make it to the Pro Tour. Also, i am very driven to win every match, i hate losing.
-What your main reasons are for wanting to join the team
I am looking for a group of people to help me become a better player, so i can qualify for the tour this season.
-What you think you would bring to the team that makes you stand out above other applicants
I test quite alot, normally testing on average about 4 hours a day. I spend a very large portion of my time on Magic. I seem to have an affinity for standard as well, that might come in handy during the upcoming season.
-What your strengths as a Magic player are
My strengths as a Magic player are, my work ethic, as i said, I put alot of time into the game. Also, my drive to win all the time must come in handy aswell.
-What your weakness as a Magic player are
My limited game. Limited is a really weak format for me, and I’d really like to improve this.
-What the main formats that you play and focus on are
I mainly focus on type 2, but I put alot of time into whatever format the qualifier season is.
-Which format you think you're most proficient in
Type 2, without a doubt.

Re: Team Application - Drew Christensen
After careful consideration and discussion, you have not been chosen to be added to the team at this time. Team Unknown Stars is always looking for new members, and if you are still interested you may reapply after 30 days have passed.
Thank you,
